In my OneDrive personal account, I am suddenly unable to download any file by going to my online account, selecting the file, and clicking on the Download button.

No error displays or anything changes on the screen. I get the same result no matter what file I try. Simultaneously, my desktop OneDrive app in Windows 7 has stopped syncing. I wanted to clarify that OneDrive personal works fine on another Windows 7 computer located in my home. I can both sync files as well perform all the actions including downloading files from my web account of OneDrive.

The problems I described occur on my work computer where I also use OneDrive Business provided by my employer. What can be preventing my OneDrive personal account to work on my work computer? This site in other languages x.
